thank you Lord. thank you for answering my prayers. okay basically, i prayed to God for good grades. i didn't do very well for first semester, and there was a fear that i would be retained. okay, correction: i did really badly and if that continued, i might be retained. and according to cheryl ang, if you dont pass any one of your sciences, you have to drop to combined?!
during the study seminar, there was a prayer for motivation and i believe my motivation really began to accelerate from there. also, i was praying for good grades for my chem, cuz i did really badly. 36.5/100 for mid-year. i'm not ashamed to say it lah. anyways, i got 8th position in class. praise God.
deanna's mum came to school, cuz she thought there wasnt any training, and tessa, tricia, xue li, cheryl, deanna, joey, jun hong and i packed into her car to chinese swimming club!!! those something like mini-van kind.. i dont exactly know the term for it. it was darn cosy cuz it was raining outside, and the car had homely touches, like stuff toys and things stuck to the glass windows. and there was a blanket in the car! training today was alright.. it was raining half the time! we still had the guy coach.. boohoo. i miss jiao lian(as in coach in chinese. he made us do fly like mad cans.. also, we raced in butterfly. waddahell. of all strokes.
then cuz it was raining, tessa's dad so kindly dropped debbie and i at parkway. we weren't planning on going there actually. so since we were there, i took the opportunity to buy stuffs.. like clear pockets for my english file. hehs.
i saw this really nice puma jacket from royal sporting house. ahh.. i want!
