thursday
i went back to tao nan.. like finally!! charmaine tan and i went together. i thought cheryl ang was there already, but actually she was still in sch. so, i waited for her in tns canteen. apparently lotsa ppl went tns much earlier, cuz their schools all ended earlier. i didnt go see the teachers lah. now you need to book appointments?! i didnt see a lot of familiar faces. cuz, well.. refer to two sentences before. tns now has a notice-board for the prefects. i miss the old tns actually. the new tns seems soo organised. and they painted the canteen pillars pink!! what the.. it dosent even match can! i saw xiao you like finally!!!!!!!! thankew for the present and the note. it was really unexpected. <3! i saw sarah auyong. she still rmbered me. i wanted to talk to her, but i had to go home.
friday
okay, we went shavonne's house for banner painting! and to do coach joy, coach pat and pastor dan's cards and presents etc. when we were 3/4 done with our banner, the security guard came and asked us to clear up, cuz we were blocking the way. he even took photos of the paint stains on the floor with a camera. dumb lah. anyways, we asked for time and he gave us 15 min to finish. AND WE DID! i'm soo proud of you guys. jer and daryl were clearing the paint stains, while nicholas, shavonne, katie, gina, laura and i were painting the two banners like mad. and everytime the lift sounded, we all panicked. but soo irritating, the security guard never came up again. but the great thing is that we finished really fast lah. then i went home to change and eat dinner, then i went for bible study. thanks angus for helping all of us to reserve seats! message was really good. my path is getting brighter and brighter and brighter! oh btw, thank you coach joy for writing me that belated birthday message. really unexpected too.
saturday(today)
i was late in meeting angus to sign the huper card. aiya jarett brought markers. grr. then i shouldn't have brought mine. soo darn heavy. the card is really prettaye and the present too! i think really, angus deserves like 90% of the credit. thanks guy, for the amount of effort you put in, to make the card and the present.
yay. the new banners that we did were hung up today. great job pub team! i'm soo proud of you guys. ppl were saying they cant see the words clearly, cuz we used silver outline. never mind :D we shall do it next dare. and service was great! p&w is soo great. i seldom feel like what i felt today during p&w. not that its bad not to feel lah. then we had preaching, and there was daregroup again! coach mel told us a testimony. and she asked me to share mine. i was totally blurred, cuz i wasnt prepared for that. i think i spoke really complicatedly. but nvm. no condemnation. and jarett shared a testimony too. then we played a game. something like concentration lah. but its actions, instead of names. anyways, then, when dare gathered again, laoda called the coaches to come to the front, and he prayed for them. and they had a cake! then it was time for us to present the prezzies!
the ambs present is sooooooo prettyyyy!!!!! they pasted green paper messages on the cardboard. on the front, are things like glitter and i think sequins. then when you open, its the message. and they pasted the messages behind that part. so it looks kinda like a window. aiya very hard to explain, cuz i'm not very good at describing.
thank you gina for doing the cards for the coaches and pastor. if not for you, we wont have those perfect cards and that perfect book for coach joy.
anyway anyway anyway, claudine and i presented coach mel her present and card. and claudine & nick presented to coach pat. and gina and i presented to coach joy. and i gave coach val a present, cuz i really appreciate her :D yups.. then we had praise songs. gina and i are soo crappy. btw, i just found out a new way to make ppl give way to you, if you have no space to sit. but just dont do that too often. say 'oh my god, thank god i'm soo slim'. not in a sarcastic way, but in a.. normal voice lah.
oh thanks ethel for that pretty pretty flower for my belated birthday present. i love it!
okay, then we went for dinner. was just talking rubbish with tsu ting and mika. and doing the charmaine/tsu ting role playing. dinner was alright.. i sat with huper. and manfred was just saying stupid lame corny jokes. influenced by his brother probably =]
on the way home, there was this grandmother thing. i know i have to blog this mans.. it's just soo funny. esp those contradicting ones.
