this morning when i woke up, i had a headache. darn suay ok, because i havent woken up with a headache for years already. since pri school. and today i had O level chinese oral. this reminds me of a month ago, when the day before my O level chinese written paper, i couldnt find my dictionary. i think i chucked it in someone's locker after mid-year chinese exam, cos i was too lazy to bring it home. i asked around, but no one had it in their locker.
anyway, the oral wasnt good at all. the topic was frigging easy. but i didnt spot that! gosh. i thought that qing shao nian questions wont come out. goshy, just like my O level chinese compo, when i thought qing shao nian question will come out in question 5, and i was all prepared for it, but i didnt come out!!
we were in the waiting room in bio lab 3, just opposite the needlework room, where the examination was. it was fun talking to cheryl ang, charmaine tay, andrea tjoe and carisia. we were the last few. i thought it would take a long time, but it was quite fast. and carisia had this method of communicating!! cos the person going in next, who has already read the passage, would be sitting against the needlework room, next to the door! ok better not blog this here sia.
the passage was quite difficult, with many unknown words. i didnt get to read finish the passage a second round. and in the exam room, goshy, i stumbled on words. words that i knew, for some reason i said it out WRONGLY, and words that i didnt know, needless to say, were probably wrong. and the conversation was disastrous. not exaggerating. i only said 3 things. and in my first point, i completely forgot this word to describe, and then i stared at the examiners, and they at me, then i tried to rmb again but failed, and then i stared back again at them, then finally the guy examiner gave me the word. goshy. and my other two points werent really firm points. and apparently i misinterpreted the question wrongly!!! i thought i was about teenagers misbehaving in public, when cheryl ang said it was about dating teenagers showing affection in public! all the things that could have gone wrong, went wrong ok. what made it all the more such a pity, was that the topic was soooo easy!!!! it wasnt as if the topic was hard and i dunno what to say. and furthermore, i had done this kind of topics so many million times.
the examiners were both from china! and the guy examiner looked really familiar! goshy, i was kinda relying on my oral, cos for previous chinese exams, my paper 2 and compo, would be a borderline pass. and sometimes a borderline fail for my letter writing. but when i add my oral marks, miraculously, i always get a mark 64. i better start studying soon for my amath and chemistry, subjects that i had hoped not to include in myL1R5.

anyways, the class photos came out!! for once i look good in the formal photo! haha. praise jesus this year's photos are really nice. everyone in our class looks so happy and well, fun lah :) i havent seen the swimming photos yet though. swimming nats are this week! ameerun, tessa, jody, deanna and peck yi, jiayou!! do kc proud just like last year!
emdd is this sat!! we have to be at victoria theatre by 6.30pm! the performance starts at 730! and if our whole class is not present, we cant go in. wth. i dunno how to go to vt from cityhall!!
thats all i have to say. by the way, shopping is good :)
