last fri was really shiok in school, cos for the whole of after recess, we had absolutely no lessons, cos teachers were at EMDD rehearsal, and chinese Os are over. we had a whole 3 hours free! fun fun! we were talking about emdd the next day! after school, wendy, charmaine tay, victoria and i went to parkway for lunch and to shop. wendy and i spent $100 each. goshy. mango had this 70% sale! praise jesus, cos on thursday when i was in parkway with cheryl looi, they had a 50% sale, and i saw two really nice tops, but i didnt buy cos i didnt bring enough money. on saturday, i came to dare at 1.30pm, to help my dg with the pre-service competition. it was kinda a disaster. haha. then during dare, deaconness karen preached! she had really interesting slideshows! and oh! valerie came!! havent seen her for uber long. thank you kezia for inviting her. then after altar call, i went down to meet the rest, who are heda, cheryl looi, charmaine tay, victoria, wendy and huang ye at pizza hut. the food's good, but the service charge is soo ex and their service isnt even good at all. we were running late, cause we were suppose to be at Victoria Theatre at 6.30pm, and we left at 6.30! we cabbed there. and you know what? the cab has a surchage of $3!! what the heck! some people look soo different when they're not in their school uniforms! couldnt recognise some people at first! anyways, the sec 4s had the circle seats, and we managed to get the first row! the various performing arts were really good! the drama elective was good too, but the plot is abit too draggy. but its really amazing, in just 7 months, the 3 girls can put up such a show! the dance is very well choreographed, and the moves were just superb! mr juraimy, our english teacher danced too!! haha. his was the finale. after EMDD, heda's mum came, and picked huang ye too, so the rest of us walked to raffles city. all of us were soo thirsty, but the only drinks at cafe cartel and starbucks were quite ex. charmaine tay and cheryl took train home, while wendy, victoria and i took bus 16! dead tired ok! i reached home at 12.next year we go again okay!!my sunday was spent going for service, and then signing up for the study skills seminar, and writing all my last year's EOY grades and this year's MYE grades down on the paper, and talking to alene and mika. yongde and yiting went to buy doughnuts at that newly opened famous doughnut place. i asked yongde to help me buy one, and i was waiting for him at the bus stop, since i just missed my bus. then, when it was one more person then his turn, my bus came, and i asked him not to buy, but he didnt hear that part, so he bought! so he gave the doughnut to yiting. carrefour is now trying to compete with that shop for business, and they put their doughnuts at their entrace, but no one's buying them, whereas that other shop has queues of people buying them. i know this wasnt a coincidence, and i know its definitely You who caused things to be this way. i know You're keeping your beloved safe thats why.
yesterday, debbie chew and i went all the way to toa payoh swimming complex, to support our competing swim team. and it turns out, they were finished with the medley when we reached. =/ i'm so proud of them, cos they beat chij_____ again. like last year during the swim nationals, with peck yi as our last swimmer, we beat them in the relay just by abit. and they were very bu shuang, cos they train really hard, and their coach is strict. and this year, tessa was saying, one of the girls from there, asked for her pb(personal best timing) and tessa said she dosent know, cos none of us even bother to rmb our timings during trngs, then that girl was very shock. and tessa was also saying, their coach didnt let one of the girls take part, because her pb was 38 sec, but she swam 40sec during the heats. goshy. haha but since we beat them, that goes to show that, the one who trains the most isnt always the better one.
