i didnt do much this week unfortunately =(
my monday frittered away by doing nothing much, and so did my tuesday.
my wednesday was spent meeting super D after eng oral, at east coast to celebrate mika's birthday! blessed birthday dear! on the way to the laguna food centre, we were blowing bubbles, trying to blow big bubbles, which daryl started, and cam-whoring all the way. i miss all the super D pioneers. heh. malcolm, alene, marika, shavonne, nick and daryl, plus all the rest that did not come. esp the ppl that are in campus - shavonne, nick and daryl, goshy miss you guys! the food at laguna food centre was gooooood. sambal stingray and sotong, bbq chicken wings and the satay beehoon, plus the sugarcane with lemon! thanks nick for treating all of us. and next time when we want to shop at zara, we know who to look for. *winkz*
my thurs afternoon was frittered away by spending time in school eating lunch etc, then going out for dinner. its been a loong time since i went to kallang airport, and they have lots of famous hawker fare there. we ordered oyster omelette, char kway teow, loads of chicken wings, satay, popiah, and whatever else i forgot. gosh i'm getting hungry thinking about all these. anyway, that was about it. came home at 10. couldnt do anything again.
my fri afternoon was spent going to parkway with charmaine tay and victoria, then shopping abit. i got the red dorothy perkins blouse! the colour is so pretty!
and today! there was dare today and tuition in the morning. we got a new chem tutor. and for eng tuition, i want her to go through more of situational writing, but she's moving onto summary already :/ oh and today we calculated that time spent in CCA is one quarter of the time spent in school. then, charis, kylie and i went for lunch, and kylie and i went shopping after that. i spent $43. but nevermind, jesus will restore the money. haha and i'm the heir of the world. novo was having sale, saw this gorgeous pair of wedges, but they werent on sale. but thank god the price wasnt too ex though. and i wanna get the shiny flip flops too. oh and we saw the footless slippers selling in one of the push carts. goshy i was wandering when it'll ever be in singapore, and they're finally selling it! its this cool pair of slippers but without the kiap part. basically they just come with the thing that is suppose to be underneath your feet. and it works because the electrons from your body will attract the slipper bit, so even though there's nothing to kiap, it'll still stay. i watched their advertising video online, and the guy even ran with it, without it falling off. but after a year, the thing wont work anymore. oh, and when the slipper gets dirty, just wipe it with a clean cloth and it'll worka gain, according to the website. haha its the new in thing okay.
anyway, we were slightly late for service. but when i stepped in, i sensed His love and presence. :) pastor gab preached. his sermons are so funny. i told the person, whose name was Samuel from zoefied 2, who was sitting next to me, that the favour of God is over his life, and that he is marked out for great things. cos God told me to, during preaching. at first i hesitated. its like, huh God, how to tell? so weird. but i mustered up the courage and told that sometime during offering time. haha. lol reminds me of the time during adcamp3, where for some reason, after we ate finish in the dark in east coast beach, i just told gideon, one of my grp members, that he had a lot of favour. till today, i have no idea why i said that. there wasnt a prompting by the holy spirit or anything, but it was just so supernaturally natural. but seriously, gideon has grown so fast in the lord. adcamp 3 was his first camp, and he's now serving in RS. haha. typing this, he just signed in on msn. lol.
anyway anyway, dinner was kinda sucky, cos firstly the foodcourt was full, we had to wait for tables, then the queues were long, and a fly landed on my food and crawled all over, and its not housefly, so i dont know how to chase it away. and then third, when gervais and i went to buy deserts, twice, they didnt have what we wanted, and the lady was impatient for us to make our third decision. lol. then when we got our desert, it was so sucky. gervais' ice had no taste. haha but gervais was telling us about some very very interesting stuff. lol.
ok thats about it. time to sleep, then meet claudine for 2nd svc tmr.
