i so wanna go for the vietnam humanities trip please!
its so cheap, just $743, and we're taking SIA, and staying in a good hotel.
but the dates are so wrong =( its from 23-27 november.
and i'll be back in singapore on 23rd, and 27th is the start of the church camp.
gosh, imagine me taking a flight all by myself from bangkok to vietnam on the 23rd, then from vietnam to kuala lumpur on the 27th. so cool! haha.
anyways, tmr's the last paper!! my most confident subject is, surprise surprise, geog. even though i didnt know quite a bit of information on my essays. and my most confident subject turned out to be the least confident =/ my combined humanities.
i screwed up amath paper I, and i need to study harder for my sciences, i barely did much sciences for this exam, cos this week i just dont feel like studying. i've been listening to sermons and slacking.
grace grace. these past few days, i'm suppose to study all the way, but i've been listening to a lot of pastor prince's sermons, before doing my work. and i thought i knew everything about grace. but that's pride, and God taught me so much more.
in one of the sermons, pastor prince said this, some people expect to be healed, just because they faithfully attend church every week. but thats not how healing works. healing works because of the unearned, unmerited, undeserved favour of God. this really spoke to me, because subconsciously, i expected to be healed of my continuous sore throat - that has been on for over a year, because i came to church every week. but u know what? healing will take place, not because of this, but because of His grace. in jesus' name, amen.
