hello! today is saturday, which marks the end of a very busy week.
yesterday was the 1.8km x-campus relay. i think that our class did really well. xinying, chiaps and damian are really good! but i'm kinda disappointed with myself though, cos i felt that i didnt give in my best, and i knew i definitely definitely ate too much for lunch, cos after the run my stomach was hurting. i'm really sorry that i dragged the whole team down, by finishing 2nd last place. thank god i was first runner though, so that all of you all could catch up. and we werent last! even though we were the one of the two classes with 3 girls and 1 guy, while every other class has 3 guys and 1 girl. anyways, if i do participate again next year, i promise to do better (:
gosh my calf muscles are hurting. i need those muscle ache spray stuff. i went to east coast this morning to jog, and i ran a very pathetic 3.2km in a very very slow timing, because my muscles were hurting.
i dont know if i should go for morning runs next week, because of my muscle ache, and because i have a sorethroat and i want to recover. i think i got this sorethroat because every night i've been sleeping so late, and waking up early to catch the bus for morning runs.
and after the x-campus relay run was the odac bbq. gosh i've never seen so many varieties of food in a bbq. now i know what else to buy for bbqs besides the usual chicken wings and sausages. lots of J1s were not staying over in the chalet. i'm one of them too. i was like the first one to leave. i left together with ryan and this other guy who i keeping forgetting his name, and i cabbed home. gosh, cabs are really expensive now.
anyways, i'm doing my 2nd draft of PI now, and i'm stuck! i hate this feeling.
and i have to go! i'm meeting charis lim in an hours time!
