dearest real runners, even though none of us cleared what we're supposed to clear, except for maurice, training with you guys has been something memorable. for all of us, this is our first race. i know we are disappointed that we cant run this sunday, but lets work even harder to clear that criteria before xp, so as to get the $30 back.
to maurice and weijie: you guys are running this sunday, and edmund, alvin, jinshi, michelle and i are behind you every single bit of the 15km run ok! we paid the other $30 so that we can be at the race to support you guys. run hard cos its your first race.
to jinshi and michelle: i know you girls are injured and want to run, but sometimes its better if you rest and not run. i know how sucky it feels, cos i was injured for very very long earlier this year. i really thought that i would never recover until i leave cjc odac, but eventually, i did recover.
anyways, yesterday was jc2 farewell. like finally. michelle and i were the photographers. i took many many photos and videos, but i dont have them cos it wasnt my camera. the song that deb, fern and john wrote and we sang was really touching and meaningful. i want to blog the lyrics, but i cant cos i dont have my paper, and i can only remember parts of the song. and the farewell tradition game that we played, whereby the j1s pick a card on which there is a name of a jc2, and then have to act out a nature of that person, was really really funny. i think this farewell is not significant just for our seniors, but for us also. next year its time for us to be good seniors to our juniors, just like how our seniors have been to us. anyways after the farewell during dinner, alvin and i could finally eat kfc!!! weijie allowed us to eat. haha. the chicken tasted so good ok!
just now michelle, edmund, marcus, alvin and i went swimming at toa payoh. sarah couldnt make it in the end. we didnt swim as much as last sat though. marcus did not call himself michael phelps for nothing. for someone who came without goggles and swimming trunks, and borrowed a pair of goggles at the swimming complex, wore cjc pe shorts in the pool, and said he hasnt swam for damn long, he swam very fast!
ok thats about it. gonna meet yong de on the bus soon.
