tmr's cg is at ireen's house. finally finally finally its in the east. it has never been in the east before, usually in the north. but on sunday ireen reasoned that there are 4 of us staying in the east, so we should have it in the east. and the best part is that her house is walking distance from mine. so after cg i can walk home, instead of a 1-hr journey train+bus ride home with the east people.

its raining cats and dogs with howling winds, and i'm wearing my MM jacket now. i am inevitably reminded of the times that we shared together, and the blessings that these people have been to me, whether small or big. i am reminded of the random times that i had in DARE like the jamming sessions, and the setting up sessions before service, and the times when we just nuah-ed together and did nothing. of course, these are just the tip of the iceberg. there are so many many more memories that i have of the wonderful friends and leaders that i had, and how much my life has grown and changed there.

thinking about DARE camps reminded me of the flyer i saw today. Nick Vujicic is coming to gong hua's church!! i remembered during EJ3 camp, they showed a video of him, and pastor dan talked about him, and everyone was just so inspired by him. he's this guy who was borned without arms and legs. his parents are pastors if i'm not wrong, and when he was borned, they questioned God why. but nick always trusted and depended on God and today, he holds two degrees and he travels around the world to give speeches and point people to Jesus. to see more about his life, click here

anyways, today was pw the whole day. i've edited my script and it looks slightly better now. but today during op i was nervous and i rushed through my script. and i have yet to memorise my script, unlike most other groups from other classes who have already done so. i played many rounds of crazy taxi on clarine's laptop today. haha ok i admit i'm the worst driver ever. but at least i'm not like damian who said he spent(wasted) a lot of money playing that in the arcade. cher played today for the first time, and she picked it up quite fast. after school we went to T33 and played table tennis there! hahaha. their class is quite innovative. they use the teacher's table as the table for the table tennis. they put a black nike bottle in the middle, as the "net", and then they have 4 rackets and two balls. i think they actually brought the rackets to play in the hostel, cos the table tennis's table in the hostel is quite near their class.

after the interview, heidi, victoria and i went to island creamery. omg i havent gone there for soo ages. heidi ordered reverso flavour ice cream. it's chocolate and oreo together, and it's is really nice. i ordered black forest, while vic ordered latte flavoured ice cream. we drew stupid pictures. it started out as we each drew something random on the paper, and it turned out to be james and the hairy peach. its still in my file now. next, we drew ice creams. then, i headed back to school for food meeting, while the two of them went home.

deb, i know that being food head has some challenges involved and its not easy planning the food meetings, cos things are always changing and everyone has different opinions and not everyone turns up for meetings all the time, and this time we gotta stock up halfway too, but just jiayou, and you can do it! you are doing a great job!

tmr is graduation day! then i think we gotta stayback for pw after sch ends at about 10.30am. i've got trng at 3pm. i heard that we're gonna climb another mountain, although its not finalized yet. the little that shuxian shared about her nov xp and recee trip today was quite useful and interesting. i dont think i'm going dinner tmr cos i want to go for cg esp cos its in the east, so haha sorry javis but you can treat me next week. i still want to eat what i told you i wanna eat, and i know you've waiting very long to eat that too.

on saturday there's ocip training for all htcs and pccs from 8am-5pm. oh my god, seriously. deb asked me what we're gonna do there, and i told her sleep. we wanted to do food recee, but i think we can't do it now.

and on sunday, my sister is leaving for beijing and her flight is at 8.45 in the morning. i think i'm gonna wake up at 5.30am to send her off. then, i can finally go eat popeye's, which i havent eaten since march. then, i think we will be going straight to church. then go shopping esp cos my aunt is coming back to s'pore on friday night. alternatively, i can just sleep in on sunday morning, then go for 3rd svc with my cg. haha still thinking.

one random thing to be grateful for:

thank god for people who live in the east and always take the same bus as me. it really makes my day when i have people to talk to on the otherwise boring journeys. cos it just makes me feel happy and its a good time to share problems too.
