my long awaited cny holiday is here!! yay!
fri was cny celebrations! i'm so proud of odac and our performance onstage! it went really well, although we were all nervous. haha. after that we had class partaye! we tossed the yusheng before the emcee said so, cos we were seated too far away from the speakers. we had 4 boxes of pizza and 2 boxes of yummy fried food and 2 bottles of drink, all of which mr low paid for. we gave 1 box to the teachers from our class both last year and this year and the teachers from neighbouring classes, plus we gave another box to t9. so nice right?
after that, we camwhored! hahahaha. we havent taken class photos for a long time, not since batam ocip which wasnt really a full class photo. then i went to eat more food from other ppl. after we went back to class, i took more pictures with sarah cola ck yongde deborah clara naren. random pictures, but i like those at the pond ones (: i played frisbee for a short while until it got stuck at some platform beyond our heights when i was throwing to jinshi who was at the second storey.
we didnt have long run on fri, instead we had nvm trng. i'm quite happy with my timings, and phelps totally helped me in my last lap. i realise i dont know how to pace myself during time trials. i'm glad team 3 has all the other facils, so its easier to work out the schedule, esp during orientation too. but then this resulted in marcus sitting at the study corner and waiting for us for 4 hours cos we had facil meeting before that.
speaking about facil mtg, i think my house is very very talented! yay. we have ppl who can do stunts like rachel and michelle and swang, and ppl who are so so artistic like anne. we wanted to carry out god in, but jon chen is too heavy. he has just too much muscles. maybe we shouldnt have chosen a god with 8 packs. we tried the stand on the arm thing, which means one person stand on top of 2 ppl's arms, with another supporting the calves for our walk in, and i tried it cos i weigh only __kg. but patrick and tian nearly died. haha. tian's damn stress about everything cos we have to settle so so so many things by next week, we're left with only 3 schooldays after cny. i forsee that next week i will have to go home very very late each day, and i dont think i will have time for schoolwork or anything else. and i'm quite worried about this because maths, econs and geog are all starting on new topics and all the lecturers have said their own new topics will not be easy. btw jon, swang, patrick and i are in charge of making the life-size symbol and i have absolutely no idea how to start and how to make this huge vase out of i dont even know what.
we did the mass dance yesterday again, but many ppl couldnt rmb it. i could rmb a bit, but thats just cos we practised it and taught some of our fellow odacers how to do it, while waiting for our turn to come onstage during the rehearsal (: i dont think you will every read this, but thank u for standing up for me. you were really sweet, and i'm glad it's not just me who wants this, but u too (: (: (:
